Section 60
Limitation starts from the date of receiving the approval
If it is necessary to obtain the approval of someone according to the law before filing a complaint against a person, organization or official, the limitation period for filing a complaint in that regard shall be deemed to have started from the date when the concerned person receives the notice of such approval.
